Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Future Tech Summit 2025 website and services, or by registering for our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or register for our events.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Future Tech Summit 2025 ("we," "our," or "us").

Event Registration and Payment

Registration Process

• Registration is subject to availability and approval
• All registration information must be accurate and complete
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion
• Registration fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full at the time of registration
• We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices may be subject to applicable taxes and fees
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers

Early Bird Pricing

• Early bird pricing is available until December 15, 2024
• Standard pricing applies after the early bird deadline
• No retroactive discounts will be applied

Event Attendance and Conduct

Attendance Requirements

• Valid photo identification is required for entry
• Attendees must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a guardian
• Event badges must be worn at all times during the event
• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove attendees for security reasons

Code of Conduct

All attendees must adhere to our Code of Conduct:

• Treat all participants with respect and professionalism
• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Respect intellectual property and confidentiality
• Follow all venue rules and regulations
• No disruptive behavior or excessive noise
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

• Selling or transferring event tickets without authorization
• Recording or photographing without permission
• Soliciting or distributing promotional materials
• Bringing weapons or dangerous items
• Consuming alcohol in unauthorized areas
• Any illegal or harmful activities

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and at our events, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Presentations and educational materials
• Software and applications
• Audio and video recordings

Are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Attendee Content

By participating in our events, you grant us the right to:

• Record your image and voice in photos and videos
• Use your likeness for promotional purposes
• Share your feedback and testimonials
• Use any content you submit or share during the event

Third-Party Content

Some content may be provided by third parties. We do not claim ownership of such content and are not responsible for any intellectual property violations by third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Travel expenses or accommodation costs
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for registration

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, weather conditions, or acts of God
• Government actions, regulations, or travel restrictions
• Pandemics, epidemics, or health emergencies
• Labor disputes, strikes, or transportation issues
• Technical failures or cyber attacks

Event Changes and Cancellations

Event Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Change event dates, times, or locations
• Modify the event program or agenda
• Substitute speakers or presenters
• Change venue facilities or services
• Implement health and safety measures

Event Cancellation

In the event of cancellation:

• We will provide reasonable notice when possible
• Refund policies will be applied as specified
• We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs
• Alternative arrangements may be offered when feasible

Attendee Cancellation

Attendee cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. Generally:

• Cancellations before December 1, 2024: Full refund
• Cancellations between December 1-31, 2024: 50% refund
• Cancellations after January 1, 2025: No refund

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services or website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting harmful or malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our services
• Collecting information about other users without permission
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Tech Summit 2025, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services or website
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your attendance at our events
• Any content you submit or share

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. We will replace any invalid provision with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Future Tech Summit 2025 regarding the use of our services and attendance at our events.
